"Front Row Photography"), and all rights therein are reserved to the photographer. Any additional uses require the prior written agreement of the photographer on terms to be negoiated. Unless otherwise provided herein, any grant of rights is limited to one (1) year from the date of the prior written agreement for the territory of the United States.

What that means in plain English is that when you buy a photograph from Front Row Photography, you have the right to look at it, and display it. You do not have the right to reproduce it, distribute it, or publish it until you negotiate a lease of those rights from Front Row Photography.

This notice of copyright remains in effect and is transferable if you ever transfer ownership of your print to anyone else.

As for the digital images on this Web site, you may download them to your computer for your own personal use, but you may not distribute them. We ask that should you desire to display any of these images on a Web site, that you link to them on this site, rather than install the graphic files on your server.
